Stage 1: The consultation is where you save money

The custom inquiry page asks for two things: your concept and your budget. People often skip the second one, thinking a number will limit what they get back. It does the opposite.

A budget is what turns a vague brief into a real design. Stage 2: Nothing is made until you approve the design

Stage 4: Choosing the stones

One honest note on grading. When we describe a stone as VVS or D-color, that is a manufacturer description of clarity and colorlessness, not a third-party certification the way a GIA report is for diamonds.
