Every grill is molded to your own teeth, so custom grillz are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If your grill does not fit due to a fault on our end, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will remake it free of charge. If your impression comes back unusable we will mail you a replacement kit at no cost.

Everything you need to know about ordering custom grillz.
After you order, we mail you a Do-It-Yourself dental impression kit. It contains the moulding putty, trays, a step by step guide, and a prepaid return envelope. You mix the putty, bite down for a couple of minutes, and mail the set impression back to us. It takes about 10 minutes at home and there is no dentist visit required.
Your impression kit ships within 1 business day of ordering. Once we receive your completed impression back, production takes approximately 2 weeks on average. Total time from order to delivery is usually 3 to 4 weeks depending on how quickly you return your impression.
6 top is the most popular choice and covers the teeth most visible when you smile. 4 top is the most subtle and budget friendly. 8 and 10 top extend further back for full coverage when you open wide. Most customers start with 6 top and 6 bottom. You can also order top only or bottom only using the No Bottom and No Top options.
All three are solid .925 sterling silver underneath. White is the natural polished silver finish. Yellow is finished in yellow gold tone and Rose is finished in rose gold tone. All three are priced the same and all three carry the same mirror polish.
No. Always remove your grillz before eating, drinking anything other than water, and sleeping. Food and sugar trapped between the grill and your teeth can cause decay, and biting down on hard food can bend or damage the piece. Grillz are designed to be worn for short periods, not all day.
Rinse with warm water after every wear and dry fully before storing. Use the free polishing cloth included with your order to restore the shine. Store in the pouch or box provided, never loose in a pocket. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, and abrasive toothpaste. With basic care your grill will keep its mirror finish for years.
Fit depends entirely on the quality of the impression you send us. Follow the instructions carefully and take your time. If your impression is unusable we will mail you a replacement kit. If your finished grill does not fit and the fault is on our end, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will remake it free of charge.
