Orders & Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free and fully insured on every order, no minimum. Every package includes tracking, and you will receive your tracking number by email within 24-48 hours of your order shipping.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday and most ship within 1-2 business days. US delivery takes 2-7 business days; international delivery takes 7-15 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces may need additional time, and we will keep you updated.
What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
We take full responsibility. Lost in transit: we reship or refund in full. Damaged on arrival: send us a photo and we replace it immediately at no cost. Marked delivered but not received: contact us within 7 days and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Returns & Guarantee
What is your return policy?
30-day returns. If it is not the one, return it unworn, with tags on, in original packaging for a full refund. No restocking fees, and we cover return shipping on approved returns. Custom pieces, sale items, and gift cards are final sale. See our full refund policy.
What does the Lifetime Guarantee cover?
Every piece is guaranteed for life against tarnishing, stone loss, and manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong under normal wear, we repair or replace it.
Our Materials
Are the stones real?
Yes. We use VVS lab-grown moissanite, a genuine gemstone, not cubic zirconia. Moissanite has a higher refractive index than diamond, meaning more fire and sparkle, and it is one of the hardest materials on earth. It will not cloud, chip, or fade, and it passes a standard diamond tester.
What metal do you use?
Every piece is built on solid .925 sterling silver, including posts and backs. No brass, no stainless steel, no mystery base metals. Gold and rose gold colorways are plated over that same solid sterling silver base, and solid gold is available on request for custom pieces.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Sterling silver is generally well tolerated by sensitive skin. If you have a known silver allergy, contact us before ordering and we will advise on options.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Remove pieces before showering, swimming, or applying perfume and hairspray. Store in a dry pouch or the original box. Polish occasionally with a soft jewelry cloth. Read our full Sterling Silver Care Guide.

What payment options do you accept?
