How do I place an order?

You order directly on this website. Choose your piece, select your size and finish, and check out with any major card, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Venmo. There is no need to message us on social media to buy: every piece is available to purchase here, and Shop Pay offers four interest-free installments at checkout. For a fully bespoke piece, start with our custom design inquiry.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping within the United States is free and fully insured on every order, with no minimum spend. US express shipping, which arrives in 2 business days, is $19.99. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Every package includes tracking, and you will receive your tracking number by email within 24-48 hours of your order shipping.

How fast will my order arrive?

All orders ship the next business day, Monday to Friday. Standard US delivery then takes 2-5 business days. US express delivery takes 2 business days. International delivery takes 5-14 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces may need additional time, and we will keep you updated.

What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

We take full responsibility. Lost in transit: we reship or refund in full. Damaged on arrival: send us a photo and we replace it immediately at no cost. Marked delivered but not received: contact us within 7 days and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Returns & Guarantee

What is your return policy?

30-day returns. If it is not the one, return it unworn, in original packaging for a full refund. No restocking fees, and we cover return shipping on approved returns. Custom pieces, sale items, and gift cards are final sale. See our full refund policy.

What does the Lifetime Guarantee cover?

Covered: stone loss, setting or prong failure, clasp failure, and plating wear from normal wear - re-plating included. Not covered: loss, theft, or damage from an accident. Tarnish is not a defect: rhodium plating slows it considerably, but all silver tarnishes eventually, and a polishing cloth reverses it in a minute. Our Materials

What stones do you offer?

Our ready-to-wear collection is set with VVS moissanite - lab-created and cut for maximum brilliance. For custom pieces we also work with lab grown diamonds and natural diamonds. Tell us which you want on our custom design inquiry page and we will quote accordingly.

Are the stones real?

Yes. We use VVS lab-grown moissanite, a genuine gemstone, not cubic zirconia. Moissanite has a higher refractive index than diamond, meaning more fire and sparkle, and it is one of the hardest materials on earth. It will not cloud or fade, and it is hard enough for daily wear, though a hard knock on an edge can chip any gemstone. It passes a standard diamond tester.

What metal do you use?

Every piece is built on solid .925 sterling silver, including posts and backs. No brass, no stainless steel, no mystery base metals. Gold and rose gold colorways are plated over that same solid sterling silver base, and solid gold is available on request for custom pieces.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Sterling silver is generally well tolerated by sensitive skin. If you have a known silver allergy, contact us before ordering and we will advise on options.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Remove pieces before showering, swimming, or applying perfume and hairspray. Store in a dry pouch or the original box. Polish occasionally with a soft jewelry cloth. Read our full Sterling Silver Care Guide.

Can you make me a custom piece?

What payment options do you accept?

All major cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Venmo. Four interest-free installments are available at checkout through Shop Pay. Apple Pay appears on Safari and iOS devices.
