Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday-Friday.

  • Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of being placed.

  • Custom and made-to-order pieces may require additional time. We will notify you if your order needs extra processing.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 2-7 business days

  • International: 7-15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier volume, weather, or customs processing. We will always keep you updated.

Tracking Your Order

Every order includes full tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

Our Delivery Guarantee

We take full responsibility for getting your order to you safely:

  • Lost in transit? We will reship your order or issue a full refund. No questions asked.

  • Damaged on arrival? Send us a photo and we will replace it immediately at no cost to you.

  • Marked "delivered" but not received? Contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to investigate and make it right - whether that means a replacement or a refund.

We believe that when you invest in a piece from Jamilah Jewels, the experience should feel as premium as the jewelry itself. If something goes wrong with your delivery, we fix it.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are unable to modify addresses once an order has shipped.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.

  • Free insured shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $99.
