Lifetime Guarantee & Verification Promise
Every Jamilah Jewels piece is covered for life. This page puts the exact terms in writing, so you never have to wonder what “lifetime guarantee” actually means.
What the Lifetime Guarantee covers
- Stone loss — if a stone comes out under normal wear, we replace it.
- Setting or prong failure — we repair or replace the piece.
- Clasp failure — repaired or replaced.
- Plating wear from normal wear — re-plating included.
What it does not cover
- Loss or theft.
- Damage from an accident.
Tarnish is not a defect: rhodium plating slows it considerably, but all silver tarnishes eventually, and a polishing cloth reverses it in a minute. Not sure which yours is? Send a photo and we will tell you within a day.
How to make a claim
Email support@jamilahjewels.com with your order number and a photo of the piece. We reply the same business day with next steps. If it is covered, we repair or replace it — you never pay for covered work.
Our Verification Promise
Every ready-to-wear piece is exactly what its product page says it is: solid .925 sterling silver, stamped, set with graded VVS moissanite. Test it however you like — moissanite passes a standard diamond tester, and the silver carries its .925 stamp. If any piece is ever not the material we said it was, we will refund you in full.
