Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return window, giving you time to ensure your piece is exactly what you expected.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging with all included materials
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, contact us at support@jamilahjewels.com. All returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
We provide free return shipping on approved returns. Once your return is authorized, a prepaid return label will be issued.
Important Notes
Due to hygiene and quality standards:
- Earrings must be unworn and returned in original packaging to be eligible for a refund
- Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order once approved.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. Items must remain unused and in original condition with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
