Describe it, send inspiration photos, or sketch it. We talk through materials, stones and what is realistic for your budget, then quote you before anything starts.

CAD design and render
Our designer builds a 3D model of your piece and sends you a photorealistic render, so you see exactly how it will look before production begins.

Crafting your piece
Once you approve the design, we produce it using wax printing, casting, hand stone setting and precision polishing.

Inspection and delivery
A final quality inspection, packed in a premium gift box, shipped fully insured to your door.

Most projects begin around $500. The final figure depends on the metal, the stones and how complex the setting is. You get a firm quote before any work starts.
Do I have to pay before I see the design?
No. The consultation and the CAD render cost you nothing. You only pay once you have approved a design you are happy with.
Can I change the design after I see the render?
Yes. Revisions to the render are part of the process, which is the whole point of rendering it first. Once a piece is cast, changes get expensive, which is why we do not cast until you say go.
How long will it take?
Usually three to five weeks from approved render to delivery. Complex settings and solid gold pieces sit at the longer end.
Can I send you a photo of what I want?
Please do, and the fastest way is right here on this page. There is an "Add a photo" button on the enquiry form, so you can attach a screenshot, a saved pin or a rough sketch as you fill it in. A picture is the single biggest thing that speeds up an accurate quote. If you think of one later, reply to the text we send you.
Is a custom piece covered by the lifetime guarantee?
Yes, same as everything else we make. Stone loss, setting failure and clasp failure are covered for life. Loss, theft and accidental damage are not.
